I see significant number of patients with inflammatory and degenerative arthritis. I use bedside musculoskeletal ultrasound in diagnosing, monitoring response to the treatment, and needle guidance for intra-articular injection/joint aspiration. I emphasize the importance of physical therapy and exercise in the management of all arthritides.
