Information

Mon - Thu
I typically combine medication management with psychotherapy, but also provide medication management alone. I approach treatment from a holistic perspective, including biological, psychological, social, and (if desired by the patient) spiritual aspects. I consider exercise and diet important ingredients for improved mental health. Though I predominantly treat patients from an interpersonal perspective, I use behavioral approaches as indicated. My clientele includes mostly adults, but also a number of adolescents.
