I treat a significant number of patients with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, hypertension,
COPD andCAD. My primary emphasis is early medical intervention and patient education with regards to preventive health and health maintenance. I stressed to my patients the importance of regular aerobic exercise, cosumption of a low fat/low cholesterol,
low sodium and complex carbohydrate diet and compliance with their medication therapy.
